At this lovely wedding in Bel Air, a woman with a pacemaker collapsed by the pool. Later another in high heels tripped and injured her chin. The startled guests were relieved when a physician immediately took over. Neither required emergency services, and both returned to the festivities. At another reception, a guest reported he had left his heart medicine at home, an hour’s drive. The doctor phoned a local pharmacy which delivered a replacement. A guest reported her child was complaining of an earache. The doctor examined him and handed over a bottle of ear drops from his bag. 

Nothing should go wrong at a wedding. Having a doctor on the spot doesn’t guarantee this, but it goes a long way. Our experienced doctor will arrive with a bag of supplies and medication and be available to everyone. While most problems are minor, the guest afflicted with hiccups, migraine, a painful sliver, or an  upset stomach (all real incidents) would disagree. (You can assure physicians among your guests that they can refer guests who want free advice to our doctor. It’s part of the service.) Call in advance if any guest has special needs.
